Festive Figgy Pudding
Drawing inspiration from the flavours and retro table-side-drama of a flaming Figgy Pudding, we’ve taken our flagship Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin as the base, then we added dried figs, fresh clementine zest, warming Christmas spice. Great served with Cola, Clementine Ginger Ale, or in a Figroni (recipe below)
This gin cocktail is perfect for Christmas and certain to be popular!
Don’t forget to use fresh fig for the garnish.
30ml Sweet Vermouth
1/2 a Fig
Add ice to a glass, mix the gin, vermouth and Campari and stir.
Garnish with the fig half and the clementine twist.e botanicals and brandy soaked cherry wood chips (which were blow-torched before being added to the still). Creating a masterfully crafted gin packed with nostalgic festive warmth.
