1. Venison Green Pepper Salami - This salami is made with pure venison and gently spiced with added green peppercorns for the right balance. It was awarded 3 Gold Stars and Best Charcuterie product of the UK at the Great Taste Awards in 2013. It won another 3 gold stars at the Great Taste Awards in 2017 and was awarded Best Game Product in The British Charcuterie Awards 2019  

2. Dorset Coppa -  Pork neck fillet from free-range pigs from the West Country is dry cured with pepper, coriander, juniper and mace and then air dried for many weeks. Gold with 3 Stars' - Great Taste Awards 2019 

3. Wagyu Beef Salami - Sliced Wagyu Beef Salami. A delicate salami flavoured with a small amount of spices that compliment the creamy English Wagyu Beef. A texture unlike any other salami. 

4. Fennel & Garlic Salami -  Sliced Fennel and Garlic Salami, Our take on a classic Italian finocchiona, has a fresh and clean fennel fragrance rounded out with a little red wine and garlic.  

5. Smoked Venison-  Prime cuts of wild venison, dry cured, oak smoked and matured for 3 months.  Makes some of the finest canapés around.
