Handcrafted in small batches and distilled in a single shot (our distillate is not a concentrate diluted with neutral spirit) using natural and foraged botanicals, without any added flavouring or sweeteners.

NOSE

Juniper and balsam fir accompanied by crisp and bright citrus notes of lime and oranges.

PALATE

Citrus freshness with gentle juniper give way to a subtle marine breeze that remains in the background. Layers of dry and sweet flavours travel through the palate combining a classic dry base with peaks of tropical and intriguing sweetness.

FINISH

An enduring and well-rounded finish of sweet almonds, peppery spice and a subtle reminder of the ocean.
