Distinction’ is a limited-edition whisky from Tamdhu, which pays tribute to the effect of American Oak Oloroso Sherry casks. The spirit is rich and warming, with a vibrant palate and plenty of dried fruit and nut running through to the finish
Tasting notes:
Nose: Malty and creamy with vanilla, cinnamon, honey, apple crumble, cherries, citrus and delicate mint.
Palate: Mouth coating with a luscious richness, thick and fruity with soft oak, plum, gooseberry and chocolate limes.
Finish: Long with the sherry notes lingering into a fruity finish with dates and syrup sponge.
