• Godminster Truffle Vintage Cheddar - The wonderful umami and aroma of the truffle with the smooth creaminess of Godminster’s distinctive Vintage Organic Cheddar combine to create a truly memorable cheese that will be sought after by foodies and chefs alike.  An elegant addition to any cheeseboard, Godminster’s Black Truffle Vintage Organic Cheddar is perfect to make a special dinner unforgettable.
• Westcombe Vintage Cheddar - Westcombe Cheddar has a deep flavour with a mellow lactic tang and long notes evoking hazelnut, caramel and citrus. The texture is structured and firm, with a smooth, gradual breakdown that helps the flavours unfold and linger. Westcombe Cheddar is what’s known in Somerset as a 'five mile cheese', as you’re still tasting it five miles down the road!
• Oxford Blue - Semi hard, smooth creamy English cows milk blue with a good mellow depth of flavour created by the owner of the Oxford Cheese Company in the mid 1990s
• Waterloo Soft Cheese - Waterloo has a rich creamy flavour emanating from its naturally golden centre. Waterloo is made using a washed curd method which dilutes the acidity to achieve a gentle, mellow flavour.
• Lincolnshire Poacher - Our traditional Lincolnshire Poacher is typically matured for 14-16 months and has plenty of up front flavour and a good bite.
• Caerphilly - Caerphilly cheese is a mould-ripened, aged cow’s milk cheese, taking its name from  from a small town in the South of Wales. Mild, Crumbly, with citrus notes, a great addition to any cheese selection. Not Vegetarian 
• Fowler's Chilli Warm Spice - Spice things up with thislocally-produced medium hard cheese with a touch of heat and spice
